♥ Where is the products shipped from? 
 All your orders are shipped from the United States


♥ Do you ship worldwide ? 
Yes, we still ship to all countries.

♥ Shipping cost?

It varies depending on your location, weight of your order and shipping options. prices range from $7 to $60 depending on the shipping method chosen.


♥ How long will the delivery take?

United States orders take about 1 to 2 weeks due to the pandemic, the standard shipping method will be substantially delayed due to a huge decrease in international flight frequency, it generally takes 2-3 months. express international takes about 2 weeks

♥ How to track my order?
Tracking numbers will be sent to you via emails once your order is scheduled to be dispatched (usually 2-10 days after purchase) you can track via USPS or DHL 


♥ Returns/ Exchange?
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since it has arrived, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return/exchange,  your item should be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, no smells like perfume. We have right to deny the returned product or sending out an exchange if the item shows any signs of wear. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return/ exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 


Unfortunately, we're not responsible for any return shipping cost or cost shipping our your replacement. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

 Refund ?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


We will issue a full refund we've received your returned product. However, we're not responsible for any return shipping cost. We are unable to issue any refund if the buyer refuses to return the product or the returned items are lost during transit.
